INDUSTRY VETERAN BRUCE EVANS JOINS CIRRO ENERGY’S EXECUTIVE TEAM
Retail Energy Provider Cirro Adds Extensive Industry Expertise

DALLAS —March 31, 2004— Cirro Energy, one of the rising stars in the Texas electric industry, has signed M. Bruce Evans, one of the most sought after customer service experts in the business, to its executive team. As vice president of Customer Relations, Mr. Evans will manage Cirro’s growing customer service operations.

Mr. Evans has over 25 years of operational and management experience in the energy industry. He led Central Power and Light as president and guided American Electric Power’s Energy Services division as vice president. He also served as VP of Customer Relations at Central and South West Services after acting as district manager and customer service supervisor for West Texas Utilities.

Cirro – Bruce Evans Joins Cirro Energy’s Executive Team

Mr. Evans joins Cirro Energy after serving as founder and CEO of North Star Strategic Management Consulting, where he defined the functionality, capabilities and competencies required to catapult Customer Services and Information Technology organizations into “best” service providers. His experience includes consulting to companies such as TXU and developing road maps of customer care initiatives designed to improve service perceptions for Deloitte Consulting.

“While working with competing organizations in this industry, I grew to admire Cirro Energy as one of the most dynamic companies in the marketplace,” stated Mr. Evans. “Cirro Energy is committed to providing its customers with quality service, low rates and flexible products. Through my experience, I’ve developed a great understanding of the processes and potential pitfalls every company faces when maturing a Customer Service organization; I look forward to contributing that experience to the success of Cirro as part of its management team.”

Bruce Evans earned a BBA in Finance from Hardin Simmons University and completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard University. During his distinguished career, Mr. Evans has served on many critical corporate, government and non-profit boards; he was appointed to the Texas Strategic Economic Development Planning Committee by George W. Bush and also served with numerous charitable organizations in the Southwestern United States.

Mr. Evans officially joined Cirro Energy as of April 1, 2004. He is based in the company’s Dallas, Texas, call center.
