Cirro Energy expands management team with new Chief Financial Officer
James D. Wright Brings Wealth of
Experience to Retail Energy Provider

DALLAS – July 30, 2003 – Increased consumer demand for electricity savings has led Cirro EnergyTM to expand its management team with the addition of James D. Wright as Chief Financial Officer. In his new position, Mr. Wright is responsible for the development and oversight of Cirro’s accounting functions, as well as strategic financial direction including planning, reporting, budgeting and raising capital for future initiatives.
"Cirro Energy has experienced significant growth since the inception of deregulation, as consumers respond strongly to our competitive rates, energy management tools and personalized service,” said Tim Rogers, CEO of Cirro. “That growth has set the stage for a veteran CFO to further guide Cirro Energy’s accounting and financial departments. James Wright brings extensive experience and talent to our team, ensuring Cirro’s expansion continues to be smooth and seamless."
Mr. Wright joins Cirro Energy after serving four years as managing director of power project development and acquisitions at Power Development Enterprises, LP. He has over two decades of experience including long tenures at Panda Energy International and Banc One Capital Corporation. Mr. Wright earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt and a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
