Welcome to Cirro Energy! We look forward to serving you. As mentioned in your letter from American Light & Power, your retail electricity service will be transferred from American Light & Power to U.S. Retailers LLC, dba Cirro Energy, in October 2019. Cirro Energy has the resources to provide you with long-term service and value. We are working with American Light & Power to carry out a seamless transition of your electricity service.

Your electricity services will be transferred from American Light & Power to Cirro Energy in October 2019.
Your current rate, term, and terms of service will remain the same — there are no changes to your electricity service plan. Your current bill delivery method — eBill notification and/or paper billing will be transferred. Your current contract documents are still valid — Your Rights as a Customer (YRAC), Terms of Service, and Electricity Facts Label (EFL).
You will receive your new account number on your first invoice from Cirro Energy. Customer service phone numbers, and mailing and email addresses, including the address to which you remit bill payments. Online access to your account via the Cirro Energy online account management tool. The name of your current plan, but note that the pricing of that plan and terms will not change.
Rest assured your electricity services will transfer automatically and there will be no interruption of power or change in the pricing plan for your service. Following the transfer of your service, you will receive a final bill from American Light & Power — pay that bill to American Light & Power as you would normally pay — autopay, online payment, check, etc. After your service is transferred to Cirro Energy, you will need to re-setup any automatic payments and register for the online account management tool. If you have set up bill payments through your bank or other financial institution, please update the payee to Cirro Energy at the address listed above.

No, Cirro Energy will not have access to your historical Usage History from your American Light & Power account. If you need your Usage History information, please request it from American Light & Power by November 1, 2019.
No, Cirro Energy will not have access to your historical Payment History from your American Light & Power account. If you need your Payment History information, please request it from American Light & Power by November 1, 2019.
No, Cirro Energy will not have access to your historical data, including Payment History, from your American Light & Power account. If you need a credit reference letter stating your payment history with American Light & Power, please request it from American Light & Power by November 1, 2019.
American Light & Power will begin transferring customers to Cirro Energy 30 days after the date of this letter. Expect that your service will be completely transferred in October 2019.
No. There will be no interruption of service or power during this transition.
No, you will not need to do anything. Cirro Energy will make this transition easy and seamless for you.
If you have changed electricity providers, your account will remain active with that provider and your service will not be impacted by this transition.
No. Your plan, rate, term, and terms of service will remain the same as those you had with American Light & Power. The name of your plan may change.
Cirro Energy will honor your current contract and agreements with American Light & Power.
Cirro Energy will honor your current renewable energy options or renewable plan with American Light & Power. You will not have electricity from a specific generation facility delivered directly to your service address, but Cirro Energy ensures that the applicable percentage of your electricity usage is matched by the generation of energy from renewable resources on an annual basis. Cirro Energy does so by purchasing and retiring renewable energy certificates representing the environmental attributes associated with the applicable amount of renewable energy generation from the area specified for your product.
Yes, you will get a new Account Number from Cirro Energy. Your ESIID will remain the same.
No. Your invoices will be delivered via your preferred method.
Go to www.americanlp.com or call American Light & Power Customer Care at 1.855.485.4258. If the transition to Cirro Energy has not been initiated, you will be able to renew your contract, and your renewed contract will be transferred. If the transition to Cirro Energy has been initiated, you will need to contact Cirro Energy at 1.800.692.4776 to renew your contract.
Yes. After your service transfers, you will get a final bill from American Light & Power. Continue to pay that bill as normal. If you are on Auto Bill Pay with American Light & Power, the final bill will be automatically deducted as normal.
American Light & Power is responsible for calculating your Level Billing amount while you are an American Light & Power customer. Your account will be trued up on your final invoice with American Light & Power. After your account is transitioned to Cirro Energy, please contact Cirro Energy to setup Average Monthly Billing. Please keep in mind that the amount calculated by Cirro Energy may be different than the amount calculated by American Light & Power.
You will make your final American Light & Power bill payment as normal to American Light & Power.
No. You will need to setup automatic payments for your new Cirro Energy account. After receiving your first bill from Cirro Energy, which will contain your new account number, you can set up your account to make automatic payments, by going online at cirroenergy.com/mycirro or by calling 1.800.692.4776, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
No. You will need to setup automatic payments for your new Cirro Energy account. After receiving your first bill from Cirro Energy, which will contain your new account number, you can set up your account to make automatic payments, by going online at cirroenergy.com/mycirro or by calling 1.800.692.4776, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.
If you paid a deposit to American Light & Power, your deposit will transfer to your new account with Cirro Energy. Your deposit will be held under the same terms and will be returned after 12 months of on-time payments, including months of on-time payments made to American Light & Power. After you have completed a combined 12 months of on-time payments for your service with American Light & Power and your service with Cirro Energy, you can request a deposit refund by calling Cirro Energy at 1.800.692.4776.
Once your electricity service has fully transferred to Cirro Energy, you are able to set up your new online account. You will need your new Cirro account number which you will receive on your first invoice. Please visit cirroenergy.com/mycirro, click on the “Register” button, and complete the enrollment process with your new Cirro Energy account number.
Cirro Energy has multiple, easy ways to pay your bill. Choose the method that works best for you:

Make quick and secure payments via your Cirro Energy online account (instructions for setup are provided above) from either your checking account or your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card. You may also set up automatic payments using these same payment methods.

It will stay the same. Cirro Energy is honoring all current contracted energy charges from American Light & Power.
No. Your current plan will remain intact. However, you will have a new account number with Cirro Energy. Your electricity service will be under the same plan term length and rate that you had with American Light & Power. The only change will be the name of the plan.
This will NOT transfer automatically. If you are on Auto Pay with American Light & Power, you will need to set up Auto Pay separately with Cirro Energy after you receive your first bill from Cirro Energy.

Once your Cirro Energy account is established, you may go online to cirroenergy.com/mycirro or call Cirro Energy at 1.800.692.4776 to have Auto Pay added to your new account.
Yes. You will need to update your payment information per the remittance instructions on your first invoice with Cirro Energy.

Please contact American Light & Power if you want to cancel your account prior to the transition. Please note that your cancellation fee, if applicable, still apply. If you have further questions, contact our customer service team at 1.800.692.4776 .
American Light & Power will refund your credit balance to you once your account is transferred to Cirro Energy and your American Light & Power account has been closed.
American Light & Power online bill pay accounts will remain open for a period of time to allow you to pay your final bill and access any previous billing history. Please contact American Light & Power for any additional questions regarding online account access.
Yes. In order to avoid disconnect prior to the transfer from American Light & Power, you must maintain any previous payment arrangements made with American Light & Power. Payment must be made to American Light & Power to restore power should your account get disconnected.
No. The amount on the deferred payment plan will NOT transfer to American Light & Power. After your account is transferred from American Light & Power, you will receive your last bill from American Light & Power, and your entire balance, including the amount that was included in the deferred payment plan, will be due in full at that time. If you have questions about your last bill from American Light & Power, please contact American Light & Power.
You may pay your bill by a variety of methods. You may set up automatic bank draft or automatic credit card payments through our online account management tool at www.cirroenergy.com/mycirro. You may also log in and make one-time payments using your bank account information or using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards. Cirro Energy also accepts payments through our automated phone system or by speaking directly with one of our Customer Care Representatives. You may also mail your payment to the remittance in your monthly statement, as well as at Fidelity Express walk-up payment locations. Cirro Energy does not accept American Express.
If you believe your account was inadvertently switched from your current provider to Cirro Energy, please call Cirro Energy at call 1.800.692.4776, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST and we will be able to assist you by returning your service to that provider.
