Your electricity services will be transferred from Circular Energy to Cirro Energy in October 2019.
Your current rate, term, and terms of service will remain the same — there are no changes to your electricity service plan. Your current bill delivery method — eBill notification and/or paper billing — will be transferred. Your current contract documents are still valid — Your Rights as a Customer (YRAC), Terms of Service, and Electricity Facts Label (EFL).
You will receive your new account number on your first invoice from Cirro Energy. Customer service phone numbers, and mailing and email addresses, including the address to which you remit bill payments will change. Online access to your account via the Cirro Energy online account management tool will change. The name of your current plan, but note that the pricing of that plan and terms will not change.
Rest assured your electricity services will transfer automatically and there will be no interruption of power or change in the pricing plan for your service. Following the transfer of your service, you will receive a final bill from Circular Energy — pay that bill to Circular Energy as you would normally pay — autopay, online payment, check, etc. After your service is transferred to Cirro Energy, you will need to re-setup any automatic payments and register for the online account management tool. If you have set up bill payments through your bank or other financial institution, please update the payee to Cirro Energy at the address listed below.
