The amount you pay each month will be the Flat Amount in the Electricity Facts Label (EFL) for this plan as long as your usage is equal to or under the threshold usage stated on your EFL. If your usage exceeds your threshold usage quantity fixed rate for any billing cycle, you will be charged the Flat Amount plus Tiered Energy Charge per kWh for your usage above the threshold as listed in the EFL. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: Cirro Energy customers may cancel service for any reason without a cancellation fee for up to 30 days after their Cirro Energy service start date and are responsible for any Cirro Energy charges incurred through the effective date of the switch to another provider.
