I have been given the opportunity to print and save copies of these documents which are provided above. I understand that after submitting this plan change request, I will also receive a copy of these documents, including the Terms of Service, from Cirro Energy via email, and upon request, via US mail, and that these documents, including the Terms of Service, explain all the terms of the agreement. I understand that if I terminate my service before my contract ends on my new plan, a cancellation fee may apply.
