No. When you choose an electricity plan, we’ll handle the switch with no interruptions. You won’t even notice you switched until you have electricity made easy.
Your electricity bill will come directly from us. You can choose to receive it by mail, or you can enroll in Paperless Billing to receive your bill through email. When you’re ready to pay your bill, we have multiple easy ways to pay.
In preparation of your first bill in March, we wanted to prepare you for what to expect. You can visit us here to watch a video or download a pdf version of a sample bill.
We have many convenient ways for you to pay your bill. You can pay online by registering for My Cirro, by phone at 1-800-MY-CIRRO, or through the Cirro Energy app. You can also sign up for Auto Pay and pay your bill automatically every month from your bank or credit card, so you won’t have to worry about remembering to pay your bill.
Yes. If you decide to move, we can easily transfer your service to your new address, as long as we provide service to that area. Just give us a call at 1-800-MY-CIRRO or register your account online using My Cirro to have your service moved.
