Do I need to enroll or switch from Infuse Energy, or will it be automatic?
A: No. Your account has already been transferred to Cirro Energy. No action is needed on your part.
Will I experience any interruption in my electricity service with the account transition?
A: No. Your account has already been transferred to Cirro Energy, who is now supplying your electricity.
When will my service begin with Cirro Energy and when can I expect my first bill?
A: Infuse Energy accounts have already been transferred to Cirro Energy. You should have received a letter in the mail notifying you that your service has started with Cirro Energy. If you have an email address on file, you will also receive a notification via email when your electricity service begins with Cirro Energy. You will receive your first bill by mail (even if you are paperless) within 45 days after the account transitions.
What will happen to my current pricing plan with Infuse Energy?
A: It will stay the same. Cirro Energy will maintain all current pricing plans from Infuse Energy.
Will my current plan change once my account is transferred?
A: No. Your current plan, including your plan expiration date, will remain intact. However, you will have a new account number with Cirro Energy. Your electricity service will be under the same plan term length and rate that you had with Infuse Energy. The only change will be the name of the plan.
I am enrolled in electronic bill payment through my bank. Do I need to notify them?
A: Yes. You will need to update the payment information on record with your bank using your account information from your first Cirro Energy bill. Note: You will need to use your current payment information to pay the last bill you receive from Infuse Energy.
What happens to my Average Billing that I’ve set up?
A: If you are currently enrolled in Average Billing with Infuse Energy, it will not transfer to your new Cirro Energy account. If you do not have an email address on file, you will receive your new account number via mail 1-2 days after your account has transitioned to Cirro Energy. Once you receive your new account number, you are ready to set up your online account at CirroEnergy.com/MyAccount. Click on "Register Now" to get started.

How do I make my final payment to Infuse Energy?

What happens to the credit balance I had with Infuse Energy?
A: Infuse Energy will refund your credit balance to you once your account is transferred to Cirro Energy and your Infuse Energy account has been closed.
What will happen to my Infuse Energy online bill pay account?
A: Infuse Energy online bill pay accounts will remain open for a period of time to allow you to pay your final bill and access any previous billing history. Please contact Infuse Energy for any additional questions.
I received a letter notifying me that my account will transition to Cirro Energy, but I have already switched to another electricity provider. What will happen to my service?
A: If you have changed electricity providers, your account will remain active with that provider and your service will not be impacted by this transition.
I promised to make a past-due payment before a certain date in order not to be disconnected. Is that still in order?

Will my deferred payment plan that I accepted with Infuse Energy transition to Cirro Energy?
A: No. The amount on the deferred payment plan will NOT transfer to Cirro Energy. If you have a deferred payment plan in place with Infuse Energy, you will continue to pay your deferred payments to Infuse Energy. Please contact Infuse Energy with questions regarding your deferred payment plan.

If I am receiving financial assistance from an agency, will I still be eligible with Cirro Energy?
A: If you have been receiving financial assistance from a social service agency, you may still be eligible for assistance with your Cirro Energy bill. You should inform the agency that your account has been transitioned to Cirro Energy and provide them with your new Cirro Energy account number, which you will receive in your welcome letter in the next 30 days. If the agency you work with cannot assist on a Cirro Energy bill, call 2-1-1 or visit 211texas.org.
I currently receive my bills from Infuse Energy via email. Will that continue?
A: Yes. Infuse Energy has transferred your preferred billing method (eBill notification and/or paper billing) with your account information to Cirro Energy. Once you receive your account number from Cirro Energy and set up your online account management access, you can change your billing preference at any time. Please note, however, that you will receive your first bill by mail.
What will happen to the deposit I paid when I enrolled with Infuse Energy?
A: For your convenience, Infuse Energy has transferred your deposit, including accrued interest, to Cirro Energy. This means you will NOT have to pay an additional deposit due to the switch. Your deposit will continue to accrue interest and will be returned after 12 consecutive on-time payments, including months of on-time payments made to Infuse Energy. After you have completed a combined 12 months of on-time payments for your service with Infuse Energy and your service with Cirro Energy, Cirro Energy will return your deposit.
What payment options are available through Cirro Energy?
A: You may pay your bill by a variety of methods, including credit/debit card, check or bank draft, via your Cirro Energy online account management tool, the Cirro Energy app, through the Cirro Energy automated phone system, or by speaking with one of our customer care representatives.
