Report an outage

Experiencing a power outage? We can help.

If you have downed power lines or poles, be sure to report it to your Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP)so they can work to restore power as quickly and easily as possible. If you have a smart meter, the technology is designed to automatically alert your TDSP when your power goes out.

Texas customers - TDSP contact information

Immediately report any hazardous conditions, such as downed power lines or poles, and stay at least 35 feet away from them. If you are without power and unable to reach your TDSP, their smart meter technology should make them aware of your outage.

While Cirro supplies your electricity, your TDSP, commonly known as a utility company, delivers it to your home or business. The infrastructure, including wires, transformers and poles, is maintained by your TDSP.

Need Trees Trimmed Near Power Lines?

Trees and plants growing near Transmission and Distribution lines can create safety hazards and cause outages. If you notice vegetation growing too close to power lines, you can request to have it trimmed. Doing so can help prevent outages and ensure a safe environment. Please note that the utility company will generally trim vegetation around the highest wire between electrical poles.
