No, there will be no interruption in your electric service.
Cirro Energy offers the ability to switch electricity service as soon as the same day as your Cirro contract is signed. We also have the ability to set up service for a later date (up to 60 days) based on a date that you select. (A fee from your TDSP may apply when selecting a switch date) If you do not select a switch date then your electricity service will be switched between 1 and 7 business days.
No. Your electricity will continue to be delivered safely and reliably by your local transmission and distribution company, which is regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
No, your current provider will be notified as part of the switch process. The transition will be seamless to you.
Yes. You can call Cirro Energy at 1.800.692.4776 and speak to a representative or select your own switch date during your online enrollment.
We'll need a business name and federal tax identification (ID) number to verify that service is being established in your name and to perform a credit check.
We will let you know if a refundable deposit is required during the signup process. If so, you’ll need to satisfy the deposit requirement before your service can begin.
No. Cirro does not charge any switching fees. Your TDSP may charge a fee if you request a particular day for your service to start.
