Our goal is to bring you convenience every step of the way, from managing your account to tracking your usage. No matter what you may need, our friendly Customer Service team is here to answer your questions.

Update Your Auto Pay or Average Billing Preferences.

  • Your contract terms and plan pricing will stay the same. All your current contract documents – including the Electricity Facts Label, Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer – will not change for the duration of your existing contract.
  • If you were enrolled in Auto Pay or Average Billing, you will need to reenroll by reaching out to our friendly Customer Service team at 1-800-MY-CIRRO or accessing My Cirro.
  • If you were enrolled in electronic bill pay through your bank, you will need to update your information. Be sure to contact your bank and provide your new account information. You can find your new account information on your first Cirro Energy bill.
  • You’ll receive your bill the same way you always have, whether that’s by email or by mail. If you’d like to change your bill delivery method, give us a call or log in to My Cirro.

Your new account number gives you access to My Cirro. It’s the easiest way to manage your service and access some of the benefits we offer. Once you’ve registered, you can:

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Your service has already been transferred to Cirro Energy. No action is needed on your part.
No. Since your service is already transferred to us, everything is taken care of. You will never have an interruption of service caused by switching to us.
You should have received a letter in the mail notifying you that your service has started. If you have an email address on file, you’ll also receive an email. Whether you’re set to receive your bill in the mail or through Paperless Billing, you’ll receive your first bill by mail within 45 days after your service started with us.
No. You should already have received communication with your new account number, either by email or by mail. Your new account number will also be on your first Cirro Energy bill.
No. Auto Pay with your previous service provider will NOT transfer to your new Cirro Energy account. Make sure to reenroll in Auto Pay with us to avoid missing your bill payment by registering your account with My Cirro. You can also call us at 1-800-MY-CIRRO, seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. CT.
No. If you were enrolled in Average Billing with your previous service provider, it will NOT transfer to your new Cirro Energy account. To reenroll with in Average Billing with us, register your account online with My Cirro or call us at 1-800-MY-CIRRO, seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. CT.
Yes. You will need to update the payment information on record with your bank using your new account information. You can find your new account information on your first Cirro Energy bill. NOTE: You will need to use your current payment information to pay the last bill you receive from your previous service provider.
It will stay the same. We’ll maintain your current pricing from your previous service provider for the duration of your existing contract.
No. Your current plan, including your plan expiration date, will remain intact. Your electricity service will be under the same plan term length and rate that you had with your previous service provider. Now that you’re with us, you’ll receive a new account number, which you can use to register your account online through My Cirro or manage your account through the Cirro Energy app.
All TDSPs control their variable energy delivery rates. Cirro Energy, along with other retail energy providers, pass these rates onto you without markup. Unfortunately, this means you may notice changes in the Delivery Charges on your monthly bill. Although Cirro Energy doesn’t control how or when a change occurs, these rates are the same for all customers.

Yes. The previous method you selected for receiving your bill (either by email or by paper) has transferred to us. If you’d like to change your billing preferences, register your account online with My Cirro. NOTE: No matter what your billing preference is, you will receive your first Cirro Energy bill by mail.
For your convenience, your previous provider has transferred your deposit to us, including any accrued interest, and you won’t have to pay an additional deposit due to the switch. Your deposit will continue to accrue interest. After 12 consecutive on-time payments, including the months of on-time payments you made to your previous provider, we’ll return your deposit to you.

  • By phone: Our Customer Service team can take your payment over the phone seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. CT. Simply give us a call at 1-800-MY-CIRRO.

  • By mail: Mail your payment to one of the following addresses:

    Your remittance slip is required for payment, and you should expect to pay a nominal processing fee.

  • Auto Pay: Pay your bill on time automatically so you can be sure you’ll never miss a payment.
