Update Your Auto Pay or Average Billing Preferences.
- Your contract terms and plan pricing will stay the same. All your current contract documents – including the Electricity Facts Label, Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer – will not change for the duration of your existing contract.
- If you were enrolled in Auto Pay or Average Billing, you will need to reenroll by reaching out to our friendly Customer Service team at 1-800-MY-CIRRO or accessing My Cirro.
- If you were enrolled in electronic bill pay through your bank, you will need to update your information. Be sure to contact your bank and provide your new account information. You can find your new account information on your first Cirro Energy bill.
- You’ll receive your bill the same way you always have, whether that’s by email or by mail. If you’d like to change your bill delivery method, give us a call or log in to My Cirro.
